For customers in the United States, you have the option to select Express FedEx delivery at an extra cost during the checkout process.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Following the placement of your order, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing comprehensive order particulars. Additionally, you can anticipate another email that includes tracking details once your order embarks on its journey. Please note that tracking numbers will become operational within 24 hours.
In the event that you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, we recommend checking your spam folder before reaching out to us through our contact page.
For orders consisting solely of stickers, they will be dispatched at a reduced rate within an unstamped envelope without tracking. Should you desire tracking for your sticker-only order, you can opt to include "sticker-tracking" to your shopping cart. The tracking fee will be applied during the checkout process.
Our free shipping eligibility for orders arises when the pre-tax and post-discount total attains $100 for all U.S. orders and $160 for international orders.
Customs, Duties, and International Taxes

Returns & Exchanges
Regrettably, we do not have the capacity to accommodate returns or exchanges. Monster Candy Publishing cannot assume responsibility for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the event that you receive your order in a damaged condition, we recommend reaching out to the shipment carrier to initiate a claim.
For the successful processing of a claim, it is advisable to retain all packaging materials and any damaged goods.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the accurate shipping address is provided during the checkout process. In the event that your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a modification to the shipping address.
To initiate an address alteration, please complete the contact form, including your name and order number, found here. It's important to be aware that once your order undergoes processing and is dispatched, we will be unable to make any modifications or re-routing.
In cases of incomplete addresses, we will make every effort to reach out to you as swiftly as possible. We allow a window of 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, regrettably, your order will be canceled.
Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address
In the event that a package is returned to us, you will receive a notification via email. To have your order resent or redirected to a different address, you will be required to cover the shipping fee once more.
Should you choose not to proceed with the order, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the value of the goods. Please note that taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We wish to clarify that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that may become lost during their journey in transit. Monster Candy Publishing bears the responsibility for your package until it is collected by the designated mail carrier.
Once your package departs from our facility, we relinquish control over the shipping timeline. The onus falls upon the customer to monitor, locate their packages, or initiate contact with USPS or FedEx in order to file a claim.
It is essential to recognize that we cannot trace untracked sticker-mail and consequently cannot be held accountable for lost orders. We highly recommend that you consider adding sticker-tracking to your shopping cart to enable tracking of your order.
